*use a wide tooth comb or detangling brush on your extensions from end to weft, Especially before washing
• extensions come pre-washed, however please ensure to wash before installation and wash them in between styles
• condition for 30-60 minutes and rinse in cold water avoid tangling, lock in moisture and reduce frizzes
• NOTE do not rub, scrub or massage your extensions together. The aim is to treat this hair as you would your own
• after you have thoroughly washed and conditioned your extensions , allow the hair to air dry
• NOTE: immediately blowdrying your extension can deplete the hair of moisture , which leads to dryness , frizz, breakage , tangling and static
• if your extension are cut by your stylist , please be aware that you will experience some shedding
• do not arbitrarily dye your hair excessively as this may make it weak
• always wrap your hair at night in a silk scarf and/or bonnet for the best results (I usually wrap mine in a doobie wrap as if it was my real hair, results are superb).

⚠️ ZA HAIR EXTENSIONS Lace Bleaching Disclaimer & Care Guide
HD Lace vs Transparent/Regular Lace
Not all lace types bleach the same.
Please read carefully before bleaching or having a stylist bleach your knots.
⸻
✨ HD Lace
• HD lace is ultra-thin with very small knots.
• Because the knots are smaller, they lift faster and more evenly.
• Creates the most natural, scalp-like finish when bleached correctly.
• Requires a very gentle hand and can over-process quickly due to how delicate it is.
Recommended for customers who want the most natural look and the best bleaching results.
We strongly recommend having an experienced stylist handle HD lace.
⸻
✨ Transparent/Regular Lace
• Has larger knots, which require more care when bleaching.
• Bleach does not lift as quickly as HD lace.
• If bleach sits too long, the knots can over-process, causing shedding, thinning, or lace weakening.
Transparent lace can still look very natural, but it is less forgiving during bleaching than HD lace.
⸻
⏱ Recommended Bleach Timing
Bleach timing will depend on developer strength, but as a general guideline:
• HD Lace: 5–10 minutes (lifts quickly — check frequently)
• Transparent/Regular Lace: 10–15 minutes maximum
Leaving bleach on longer than recommended can cause permanent damage, including shedding and balding.

💎 High-Quality Hair Care Warning
Our wigs are made with high-quality hair and delicate lace, which means:
• They must be handled with professional-level care
• Over-bleaching, over-plucking, or using strong developers can lead to irreversible damage
• Once a wig has been customized (bleached, plucked, cut, colored), we cannot be responsible for changes to the lace or shedding
